When I had my third baby in 4 years, I knew that I had to get in shape but was unsure how to do that. I knew that if I joined a gym, I would probably find that I was too out of practice and stop going. Instead, I joined a boot camp given by Stacy Cameron. I started the day I received my six week clearance. Day one I was ready to give up but then Stacy encouraged me to give it one more shot. I did.. and I have not stopped exercising since and am in the best shape I have ever been in. Boot camp was a perfect mix of hard work, encouragement and lasting effects. It was just what I needed to jump start my weight loss and healthy lifestyle.

In March of 2008 I had gastric bypass surgery. By July of that year, I had lost a total of 50 pounds. Although I was happy with my progress, I was suffering from severe lower back pain. My surgeon suggested that I either go to a physical therapist or hire a personal trainer. Knowing that weight loss surgery is merely a tool that must be combined with physical activity in order to keep the weight off long term, I decided to hire a personal trainer. I found Stacy at a local gym that I had joined, but rarely visited. I was extremely nervous prior to meeting with her. I really did not know what to expect from my first work out with Stacy. I had zero athletic ability, was afraid of being judged and honestly did not know if I would be able to do anything she asked of me. Stacy put my mind at ease immediately. She was really excited to have a chance to train me and see my progress over time. Even from the beginning, Stacy made work outs fun and my hour session with her seemed to fly by. Fast forward almost two years later and I am free of back pain, have lost over 110 pounds (total), gained a ton of muscle and even more confidence. Stacy introduced me to running and trained me for my first 5k which I ran in September 2009. She keeps challenging me with more difficult workouts and has even started to train my husband. Stacy changed the way I see myself, the way I feel about myself and my way of life. I cannot recommend her enough. ----

I took Stacy's Boot Camp for last summer for four weeks and loved every minute of it! At first, I thought I was never going to make it (especially the first day) but as the weeks went by I felt stronger and looked forward to the next workout. I couldn't believe I was doing regular push ups. No more girly push ups for me! Thanks Stacy!

I worked out with Stacy and it was hard work, but fun!! I could barely do a sit up, and within a month I was stronger, firmer, and feeling good. I could actually do sit ups without cheating! I was motivated to keep going on my own because I really saw a that's progress for me! Thanks Stacy!
