Fitness Classes

Boot Fit Classes:

You never know what kind of a workout you are going to be doing when you come to boot fit class.  We do a different workout every time!  This class will work every muscle of your body while getting a great cardio workout.  You will burn 700-1000 calories per session. 


Boot Fit classes are suited for every fitness level - it is a go at your own pace class.  Your only competition is with yourself. 

  

                    
                                  

TRIPLE S:
STRIKE, STRENGTH & STRETCH 

This class involves an intense heavy bag workout plus a strength workout using dumbbells, plates and bars, kettlebells and other equipment followed by a partner stretch and foam rolling.

This class is a great cardio workout as well as a full body workout.  Since it is followed up with stretching and foam rolling, you will feel amazing afterwards.  


                                             
STRETCHY YOGA: 
This 45 minute hatha yoga class will stretch every major muscle group of your body through forward bends, hip openers, back bends and twists, ending with guided relaxation.  Newcomers to yoga will benefit from this mindful, slow-moving sequence of poses that improve flexibility and balance, relieve stress and cultivate sense of well-being and peacefulness.
