About Us

STACY CAMERON -

PERSONAL TRAINER, FITNESS INSTRUCTOR AND COACH:

I am a 45 year old Personal Trainer and running coach.  My goal is to show every client that working out out can be fun.  I show people that they can achieve anything that they have their mind set on as long as they are willing to work at it.

My program is very effective. I love to work with Individual clients that are determined to make a life change. I also work with groups of people who work hard together to reach their goals.  I make a positive difference in people's lives on a daily basis.


As a Personal Trainer, I have been improving the lives of many amazing people.  It takes dedication and determination of an individual to work hard to get where they want to be. My training techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and different each time.  We never will do the same workout twice.

Training sessions and boot fit classes are approximately an hour long.

I personally enjoy running distance road races, distance relay races participating in triathlons, and obstacle/mud runs. 

I hold a bachelor's degree from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, New York.  I was a Paralegal for many years.  I realized that my true passion was not in a law office, but helping people live a better quality of life.  I decided to go back to school and completed the Personal Training and Fitness Instructor course at Orange County Community College, Middletown, New York.


I am also a Certified Health Coach.  With this certification I will be able to approach every client's dietary needs on a personal level.  I will be able to help with weight loss, lean muscle gain, disease prevention and overall health of each client.  There is no one "diet" for everyone, we will figure out what you need.  You will become the healthiest that you have even been.
