365 Change Challenge

Have you tried every diet out there?  Have you started an exercise program or different exercise programs, but are no longer exercising or enjoying it? Are you feeling tired and drained all of the time?  Do you have medical issues that you would like to reverse?
Are you tired of your weight going up and down? Are you ready to make a change that will last a lifetime?


This is a one year program that will help you change bad habits into good habits and good habits into even better habits.

We will help you:

- Become aware of your bad habits and help to fix them
- Figure out why these habits exist
- Change your bad eating and exercise habits into healthy new habits

Experts agree that you are more likely to be successful at changing your habits if you take things slowly and one step at a time.  This program is exactly that!  Before you know it, you will be eating more healthfully and at a healthy weight.
We will take things one week at a time.  You will be assigned a Health Coach and a Personal Trainer that will work with you and guide you.
The program is geared towards you, and only you.

There are no pills or shakes - you will learn to eat REAL food!
You will find exercise that you ENJOY doing!
